No consultations are completely complimentary. We simply ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled slot.

How long does a consultation last?

Sessions typically run 60–90 minutes. Bespoke commission consultations may run slightly longer.

Can I bring a friend?

Absolutely. You're welcome to bring one guest. Please let us know in the notes field when booking.

What should I bring?

Bring any hair inspiration photos you have. Come with your natural hair flat no bulky styles so we can fit pieces properly.

Can I purchase on the day?

Yes. Ready-to-wear pieces can be purchased and taken home the same day. Bespoke commissions require a 50% deposit to begin.
